Most Coveted Collaboration

In one of my favourite collaborations to date, Rodarte sisters (and Black Swan costume designers) Kate and Laura Mulleavy team up with Opening Ceremony for a limited edition Spring/Summer 2011 collection. The lookbook is simply delicious, modeled by ballerina Laura Love and pro skater Alex Olson. This is the first time Rodarte has offered menswear. The line will be sold here at Holt Renfrew as well as the Opening Ceremony stores and online store, and at Barneys New York. Although the prices are still steep, they are a lot less than Rodarte's main line, where the garments basically qualify as couture.
